At GoalPaw, we want you and your pet to love every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for checking the size guide before ordering.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used pet apparel.
Size Disclaimer
Please make sure to carefully review our size chart before placing your order.
Different dog breeds may vary in size and body shape, so we strongly recommend measuring your pet before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will gladly offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used items
- Items damaged by improper use
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Orders delayed due to customs or shipping carriers
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
